WebCallback SAMPLES Feb 20, 1999 This ZIP file contains sample code which can be used to implement WebCallback sites. If you have any problems using this code, or if you need advice about more complex uses of the service, please contact GlobalPhone on +1 703 533 2122, or e-mail Holden Web at sholden@bellatlantic.net. How to Use the Samples ---------------------- The top-level directory contains this README file and an HTML file, Countries.htm, which con be used as a drop-down if you want your customers to be easily able to select the country to be called. Of course, you can edit this file to add and remove countries if you want: it's pretty complete as delivered. In the sample pages, every example is in its own directory, and each directory has a Default.htm page which contains details of how to adapt the code -- these indicate the areas you need to change to make the pages work in your web and with your callback account. We suggest that you get a sample page working without fancy graphics first, then adapt it to your site once you have confidence it will do what you need it to. The HTML directory contains three pages. If you drop these into a subdirectory of your site you should just be able to make the changes described in the "callform.htm" file and then use WebCallback right away. The ASP directory contains somewhat more complex, programmed, examples of what can be done. You may need to adapt the code somewhat before it is fully useful in your site, and obviously you will need a web server which supports ASP scripting. The scripts in this directory have been tested under Microsoft IIS 4.0 *only*. SingleCall1.asp is the simplest possible call form, with no SubGroup specifications, and relying on the default error and success page names. It simply attempts to set up a call to the first allocated telephone number not already involved in a WebCallback call. The graphics directory contains a couple of graphics you might like to use as links to your WebCallback form. Other similar graphics are available at http://www.webcallback.com/Graphics.htm. We plan to add examples for other environments, particularly for Perl and Cold Fusion. If you would like to discuss your requirements please contact GlobalPhone or Holden Web for further information.
